Why It's Dangerous
If a complaint filed with the bar association or judicial bureau produces no result for a long time, or the investigation is handled perfunctorily, it may reflect agency inaction — or it may mean the accused lawyer has "connections." Don't give up; other avenues for recourse remain available.
